The Symbolic Computation Laboratory has a long history at Western University spanning 4 decades and 3 departments: Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. Since the late 1990s, SCL has hosted over 125 postdoctoral fellows and graudate students. Today, SCL counts 4 principal scientists, 8 PhD students, 9 Masters students, and 4 Undergraduate students.
SCL, in partnership with its sister labratories, compose the Ontario Research Centre for Computer Algebra.
